Centering Prayer at St. Andrew's Church
Centering Prayer is a modern method which recovers an ancient tradition of Contemplative Prayer. It is for everyone and is easy to do. Yet, it helps the person reach into the depths of their being to find their own truest self.
We meet for 20 minutes of Silent Centering Prayer every Wednesday at 7:30 A.M. in the Rector's Study. You are very welcome to attend. In case you are new at this, each week, brochures will be available to help you with this simple method.
