Most parishioners don't want to know all the details of a parish budget, such as, how much we will spend on heating or snow removal. They care about WORSHIP, OUTREACH and other things which are the MISSION OF THE CHURCH. They care about what we’re doing that Jesus asks us to do.
A Narrative Budget translates the details of a line-item budget into the story of what our money is really supporting.
People what to know: "How was my donation used? and What effect did it make?"
